All I know is I just got a phone call from someone who attended & says that Norm was out voted by this New Age company that always gets preference for shares over others &that it was almost a brawl with everyone screaming about how corrupt the company board is.

Anytime someone tried to speak out Duncan would ask them to be removed from the room & a lady got up & gave him & the board a serve & the shareholders cheered.

One minute ago was told it is behind locked doors & still arguments going on. Friend says it is the angriest meeting he's ever attended.
