Nta doesnt take into account GMGs funds business and development portfolio. These lines are worth SOMETHING hence the premium to nta. GMG is more likely to grow than the likes of traditional reits such as GPT/THG etc. Whether this means the stock is worth 60c or more is anyones guess.
