From what I gather the following may represent status quo:
1.Litigation funding action awaits decision of Justice David Hammmerschlag. I think receivership will be avoided.
2.Have not heard anything regarding Justice Jacobsen's decision on the MMX litigation and that will not be announced unless both stocks are placed in a trading halt.
3.I would have thought this recent ILP litigation issue would have "stalled" any decision on the bigger MMX scenario.
Nothing further at this stage - legal system is generally slow in most jurisdictions!!!
