I personally suspect they already have some form of schedule they are working to anyway. Keep in mind that they have frequently reported an aggressive approach to ramping up activity. I think they mentioned early May for starting work on the ground (I'll have to confirm that in the last few announcements).

Keeping in mind that they have the approvals they need, and fully tested samples so they know what they have in the ground.

In that context, my suspicion is that the absence of an announcement so far indicates that they are too busy with getting everything on-site and going to report; they have always been very prompt with their announcements in the past.

On the upside that means the next announcement may likely be a bit more substantial than the last few price sensitive ones have been.
