So here we go today: announcement of PLUTO 6month delay plusextra $900m expenditure. This is approx whole FY2011 WPL's revenue ! So as always - somebody new something way before us ! And the price started to drop. And today we all got hit. Personally I am waiting for some minor SP surge up from current $41.10 dip and I am selling until the rest of bad news come out and SP settles down.
