I don't think anyone's disputing facts...as MJS said, its all public info....well anticipated
My point is that the investment reasoning/conclusions are wrong....its negative sentiment when it should be positive!
TGR delivered almost 20% revenue growth and 10% EBITA
To conclude that....hey, making more fish is bad because foreign prices are down......or that EBITA got eaten up by increased depreciation from capital that was raised at $3.80 is pretty stupid to me......
The fact is the business is delivering more fish and the company made amazing capital investment which is paying off (maybe a little slowly for some)...all those investments are done!
Both those things are amazingly positive, not negative.
The fact is, the stock trades at $1.25. It makes a staple food, has reliable rising profits, dominant irreplaceable assets.....and trades at a PE of what 8.......no wonder private equity wanted to take it over...it is perfect for private equity
