This is the unique moment some stocks hit....all this negative sentiment weighs on the price and the price is lowest when there is absolutely nothing left to criticise...
The cap ex is done...debt is being reduced....cashflow is up...dividends can now get close to EPS (8 cents for half)... they payed 4 cents but will soon afford 7 cents or so, depending on growth ambitions
The profit is weighed down by depreciation, but that is the loss of 'yesterdays' investor....now it reflects 'hidden profit' for todays investor...as a 'non cash' cost...
The price displeases me a little cause its already such a substantial holding for me....but I will likely scoop up more as the investment case builds further...
Realistically, the future dividend payments this thing promises will likely make the share price in these ranges pretty irrelevant for long term holders anyway....
