When the businesses are valued highly by the market, like tgr was in the past, their price was much higher than book value or net tangible assets....

Then there are the times the market does not like, for example, fish farming.

The market is kind of saying, we know you guys have invested a lot in fish farming, but we don't see much money in that at the moment.........try coal mining
