Longdong- 1 4 2 at 1 doesn't raise enough $ unless ANZ are still staying aboard for half their debt. 2 4 1 at 1c 75% acceptance does and would give some opportunity for currrent holders to recover some upside if bank doesn't want in. Can't imagine who would underwrite it but they could easilly pick up 15% of company and force all expenditure on exploration on prospects which is the only chance of GTM staying alive past 12 months. One last throw of the dice with this company structure if that sort of issue is being considered and better than liquidation followed by recapitalisation of assets as mineing keeps going. Only problem is the same management that have led GTM into these problems remain!
