The conditions precedent under the DOCA must be met by 22nd of May (Wednesday). If they are not, the DOCA will terminate and in all likelihood the company will enter liquidation.

Furthermore, the new managers were hoping to do a capital raising in March/April (according to the last press release).

There is likely no time now to resolve any of these matters, hence my comment, it's all over.
