again just my opinions...

The granting of the Mining Licence will mean that ARM and Anglo( if they still share Modikwa Mine ) will have difficulty in any litigation against the DMR, NKP and Bauba. This will be good news for NKP.

If ARM then want to participate in a JV over the H farm or buy the farm then this also would be good news.

One point that you need to consider is what will Zijin want as they will be the major shareholder in NKP or have taken over the company.

I have sought feedback from both the DMR and NKP on the state of play with the mining licence . If they finally respond I will consider sharing if allowed.

We will get the mining licence but I have no idea when. The delay is giving everyone the shits as opportunitie to invest elsewhere go begging.
