Just had a quick look at the flexirent website. Even if the 48% cap is included it wouldn't have a big effect it seems (from the very quick look I have had on the flexirent website).

So while the phone do appear to be over the cap on a compounded basis (by ~1.5%) the rest of the examples given on the page are under a hypothetical cap.

Of course it does depends on how any possible caps are implemented.
