I think you're right, I can't remember where I read it or heard it from the company but I'm pretty sure I remember a public comment from them that all their rental rates were below the 48% effective apr, times and prices change of course, but I don't think they would be overly impacted by apr caps if they went in st the 48% level, in fact it could be a market share winner as they have experience and calibration running at that level where as the rest of the industry would have to implement large business changes to cope with the revenue being torpedoed
