Can understand your sentimemts Dave, but imo, agree with gpw....for a number of reasons
1. SP has remained relatively constant for a long period now. At the lows, someone keeps collecting, yet keeps adjusting their buy when the SP increases??? Somehow keeping SP under 16.5, reaping cheap share sales......Someone who has more info than me?
2. Options remain good commodity, yesterday up 10%. Remember these Opts expire in June @ 20c, why the interest?
3. Gas is in demand in the Gulf, and very VOLATILE (excuse the pun!). Yesterday both Cal Dive Int and WT offshore in the US spent billions gaining leases. Chances of an Aus small cap to pull off the unbelievable??!! No way they are going to pop up out of the blue with a $50 mill+ deal....gotta take time, hurdles etc...no doubt, also, that someone, imo, has heard rumours if this is the case.....SO....take the punt??? or not! Part of a balanced portfolio, with a small wager, expecting fully that, perhaps, it won't come off as expected!

5. Robbo65....this guy who started this thread, has the knack! Do your own research....but I could mention at least 5 companies I've got on board and made a buck from this (savvy) guy...must be in the crownies he consumes (should be drinking Stella...but don't mind that). ITC, ETE just in the last week! Nevermind SSN, WSS, TOX, ENG, MTN...Check the growth on these things...he is a serious researcher, and damn good at it, if he has an inkling...do your numbers, do your research and don't expect miracles..
