MOU's are not worth the paper they are written on. Just fuzzy feel good intentions with no binding commitment. I'm more interested in knowing what proportion of steel furnaces are set up to handle the PCI process. Pure coking coal is as popular as meth in Kings Cross so there must be a reason for ATU's inability to find buyers for its product.
