My understanding of ATU's anthracite is it is not coking coal and cannot be used as coke for steel making. It has no FSI. Some earlier ATU presentations alluded to it being an alternative to coking coal but this is false. It is still great quality high carbon coal but its target market is limited. Hence the current problem of trying to find buyers for the product.
