I don't know but as you say very quiet since the 14/8 statement from SER that they have contacted ASX and ASIC concerning QGL's failure under s.249E and s.173 of the Corporations Act to provide a copy of the shareholder's register. Just hope that SER are playing this fair and not coming to a "sweet" deal with QGL that would disadvantage shareholders with less than 5%
