    I´m with you, German market is "different" - sometines above, sometimes below ASX prices.
    In the last few days Germany traded well below ASX prices...

    In my opinion people recognize the true value of Novo Litio and want to be "on board" before court ruling in order to avoid a price gap or a trading halt.

    .... Keep in mind that the decision will take place outside ASX trading hours - I expect the result of the hearing will be published in the media immediately after the ruling!!
