Well somethings happening. There was a lot of shares bought early on and the buyers didn't mind paying more.

But also like you say, it is one to be on board.

I think of it like this:

If we loose the case, the sp is down something like 30%. We have high cash backing so we can't fall far.
But then it's only a matter of time until the sp comes back up or in profit, as we have good tenements in lithium areas and a proven team.

If we win, with the added drilling results we hit 20c or above.

Somebody mentioned nli is like a casino. But what casino offers a red/black choice - but when you lose you only lose time and end up getting your cash back and more in all probability, but if you win you get three times back!

Seems like good odds to me.
