    17th of Dec is the 3 year cutoff, I believe the Asx will grant us 4-6 weeks to prepare (AGM), which thankfully will be our very last delay.

    I’d say the funds are 99% likely to be Chinese, possibly Zhongying. A reputable allie would be a nice positive sign..
