Thanks for that summary, I didn't have enough accounting knowledge to comprehend it properly at the time, but it smelt bad so I got out. Greentrains was a distaster, it took years to unwind and held back the rest of the business in the process. I have always felt the underlying assets were sound so re-entered when i felt the write downs were completed and Greentrains was sold . Now we have good assets AND good management, and in my opinion we have a good price as well. The 'holy trinity' in investment terms, to extend your religious theme.
