I just started looking at D13 because the technology sounds interesting. I am going to hold off buying at the moment but am a potential future shareholder. The 4C is a concern, looks like they will need more cash. I am also nervous about the terms of the convertible note. The potential conversion of debt at 10 cents limits upside. I will have to do more digging on the other terms of the convertible note, thay can sometikes be onerous.
