I just got back as well. Kate wasn't there, like cotik said she is currently in Africa to check out potential mines. At the least she has gone to Mauritania, could be elsewhere as well. Expect an ASX ann shortly.

The spinoff has gone ahead, as we all expected. Czech and Ukraine mines (from memory) are just caught up in red tape at the moment, due to the political climate. If we are given the go ahead, we could be producing in 6-9 months. From my understanding it sounds like everything is ready to go, Uran are just waiting for the OK from the respective governments.
