a.) I am with the posters who have expressed their opposition to sharing proprietary research/intellectual property that many others pay their hard-earned to subscribe to. And no, disguising it as a charitable action to help your "mates" does not condone it.

How would you feel if you spent considerable time, effort and resources producing research you expected others to pay for, only to have one of your "mates" broadcast it on a public forum without your consent? Yep, I thought so. It ain't pretty when the tables are turned and the shoe's on the other foot, is it?

b.) The reason why others who are interested in or follow this company would like it to stay under-the-radar is it allows them to build their position slowly and steadily before the broader market catches on, lowering the cost basis of their purchases and boosting their long-term returns. This is especially valid for illiquid names at the shallow, pointy end of the market where a few frenzied traders can move the price materially, as witnessed here. Brazenly leaking tips from a popular service doesn't help that one bit.
