A delay in results can definitely mean MORE than 1 thing.
I assume you are alluding that it is positive. In my experience they can also be looking at ways of putting a positive spin on sub standard results, or at the least trying to find something positive to announce to counter/soften the reaction to lacklustre drill results.
Im hoping for a positive AGM next week, so I hope you are right
