I'm not sure on this, but my reading was that many of the acquisitions are satisfied by part payment in shares at intervals of 1-2 years post-acquisition. The difficulty seemed to be that the number of shares issued is to be determined by the price at time of issue. If that is correct, the price-value relationship is linked. Potential for a price spiral - in either direction.
Wouldn't be expecting anything startling for first half results, but my calcs on price/sales suggest it should be good value at these prices. Still, depth and current price action isn't encouraging.
