Agree wholeheartedly. He got lucky earlier in the piece in an investment environment that was in some regards favorable to speculative vehicles but once they were found out by the wider market those investments tanked. Mcalliffe, in my opinion was found to be not as smart investment wise as he thought he was and decided to double down on his stupidity wasting shareholder funds even more - then self interest kicked in and he in practice rewarded himself with his little scammy transfers between his own companies. How his father tolerated this begs belief. If he manages to escape rosecution I will be distrusting even more of ASIC. In summary he us a criminal of a sociopathic kind
