The pirates are using every delay tactic at their disposal to draw this out and make it as long and protracted as possible in the hope that we will run out of money or just give up. They are playing our court system like a game of strategy. I hope they get the book thrown at them when the time comes.

I wonder what the SMH would say about ASIC allowing a fraudster to raise over $140M from investors after receiving repeated and persistent tip-offs from respected industry professionals over the space of four years?
