I only wish i had kept a file on my correspondence to both MSO management and the ASX several years ago as i would now be persuing both the directors and the ASX through court.
I made contact with the ASX several years ago stating that MSO were in breach of the corporations law by trading when they were insolvent as they kept claiming, falsely, that they were still owed $2-3 million from TAB which blind Freddy new wasn't the case.
This figure was their only defence in not being declared insolvent.
I hate to be proven correct under these circumstances, however i will be making contact with the current *******
asking for some explanation as to why they should be lining up as outstanding creditors.
The b***** ASX should be ashamed of themselves they way they conduct their so called surveillance!!!
