Hi All,

Has anyone heard about progress on the Lift Capital court case? Will the 30% be given to Merrill Lynch or will the CEO and Managing Director get their shares back?

If Merrill's get there hands on the shares then there will be downward pressure on the stock price, but if CEO and MD get them then shares will go back up. Any thoughts?

I have read on creditors website that the judge will bring down a decision in February latest.
