Yes I understand what you are saying, but who in their right mind would blindly follow the advice of a one-line ramp anyway?
SHN is unfortunately a victim of traders now, as it is trading around the 10c range which rewards traders with high percentage returns per click. It needs to surpass that range to move forward. Until then I can see it stagnating a little, although there has been some decent buying in last few days. Unfortunately much of it appears to be from E-Trade.
Sticking to fundamentals, SHN has to be a good medium-term buy in my opinion.
