At the same time, McGrathNicol has undertaken ''substantial investigations'' over the security that Allco's banking syndicate took out over some of the group's assets - including its $25 million stake in the listed company Oceania Equity Partners.
McGrathNicol claims that these so-called ''excluded assets'' rightly belong to creditors given how close the timing was to Allco's collapse when the banks took out their charge.
