Seems to me Villar may be setting his sights on another local project bigger than Kingking where he can leverage his political capital. His track record is based on local capital raising. They seem to be content on putting this project in the back burner for some time till the dust is all settled.
It appears that even the local receivership case is being pooh-poohed. Just shuffling papers and no court movement on that. Maybe stringing it out for a few more years
