    This development seems to be a totally different case from the SIAC and is a battle only between MLEDC Villar and Galeo. Thats how if will be played out, I think. RTG doesnt even seem to have any more people in the Philippines. Only a 3rd or 4th set of new lawyers. Not sure if RTG will even have a voice in this legal proceeding. Maybe just there for the ride and reliant on Villar to fight this battle for them
