    The point is that I don t think RTG and MLEDC still see each other eye to eye. From what I hear, the Villar group is marching to a different beat and I dont even see Villar group seeing the need to consult RTG on this one. More like Villar will just spend what he needs to spend and send a bill to RTG for 40% of it. I heard there are other legal cases involving RTG officers and Mt Labo officers and I dont see their lawyers putting up a unified stand. Maybe I heard wrong. DYOR
