Gemmy I put in a number of questions for the meeting, however I wont be able to make the meeting because I am currently living in London.

I have been buying more IEF recently because of the significant yield.

I think the share price has been getting battered because the LTV covenants are getting close, however I think we would be the last thing on the banks mind at the moment.

I think having Orbis on the register is a good thing and I dont think that it will effect the RE at all.

I think the debt that needs refinancing will be circa 200mil and as such I dont think it will be a big problem.
Who knows where interest rates will be by the time debt negotiations come around? We may end up with more incremental income due to a drop in the interest rates?

I think the plan will be to answer a majority of questions at the meeting and then publish the responses.
