Privatisation.... The last holders will probably have to give their shares away. SRA looks to be done and dusted. Directors buying up and forcing price down. Then resigning
and leaving man with bad reputation in charge. While no doubt slowly buying up what filters through at cheap prices, exercising options at higher prices than market value. All this only makes sense if they plan on privatising the company. Why else would you load up on this stock now. How many shares does Poole and his buddies have now? Enough to take a controlling interest? If not
