BHP is getting totally smashed today.
Does anybody know any reason why it's getting sold off this drastically? I am presuming because the Chinese are dumping copper on the open market each day in an attempt to drive down the copper price to reduce the loss of the short traded LME contract. If this is the reason ... it seems a bit of an over reaction since other commodities are strong. I also know BHP traced back on foreign stockmarkets.
If anyone else knows any other reasons why it's getting smashed so badly then share it!
