this one is really starting to test my patience

the market thinks they need to raise capital, so if they need to then just come out and do it already. this uncertianty is killing the stock

also it is clear that they will breach FY10 financial covenants. not sure why discussions with the banks are taking so long.

i'm not sure why a company geared at 40% should be in such a difficult position as vpg. the fund management business alone provides $150m in revenue, which is probably double their interest bill on the $1bn of debt.
