If the first qtr performance is reasonable, you will find the instos piling in.
They have been avoiding/selling in anticipation of the "imminent" capital raising announcement.
Having said that, the disclosure policy (failed to disclose rating downgrades) and bias of the board towards instos/ Canadian investors for capital raising inexcusable.
