why wouldn’t it get built? Muga Resource is there (and might get joined with Vipasca), the demand is unquestionable, the location is optimum and the only permit there was ever any doubt over us in the bag, the others are tedious formalities. Even the timeframes can now be more or less baked in. The only real uncertainty is who builds it? HFR or anyone that buys them before they get the chance.
