Looks as though we have the large buyer that was on market a few weeks ago back.
Same parcel sizes and intent.
Not sure if they will get their fill, post June 30, less reason for volume to change hands now the EOFY shuffle is complete.
Certainly good to see a buyer of size willing to go on market.
