JP Morgan rates the stock as Overweight - The broker suggests the company may add about 0.9% to its EPS in FY07 by the move to consolidate its Sydney operations into one site rather than three sites currently being used.
In its view the market is being too negative on the outlook for the annuities operations, while strong performance in the funds management and home mortgage operations support its positive rating.
