This article is from April, yes a tad dated but still relevant IMO. It highlights pretty much what was in today HFA announcements and resounds that the market already knew these stats in April.
I think it is still a long term hold for me, it weathered the GFC. I am waiting for it to reenter its pre GFC SP of $1+
