    Yes, there is a possibility of a takeover here, but not in the short term. My fair value for the TO is around $5.80-$6.20. (Think of the quality of the casino assets here, Sydney, Brisbane and Gold Coast). But it wouldnt surprise me if it was picked up for considerably less.
