Hmmm, IMHO not really sure if it is worth buying at this price. It's only at this level now because of Packer's interest, so it can only be driven higher by more interest from Packer, but:

1. it is uncertain whether the laws will be changed to allow him to own more than 10%; and

2. it is uncertain as to whether he even can open a second casino even if he does get EGP's licence in NSW.
