what was the alternative, there probably wasn't one, especially for a bio-fuel company. the market has reacted positively to the raising albeit not over enthusiastically. i believe coote has kept the company alive and with out him we would have seen a more desperate situation for the company. i believe this is what we need, successful business people who believe in the company and are willing to put up their own money into the company. i agree the terms are over generous but then the risks are huge too. in regards to shareholder value the company is still operating and solvent as opposed to other bio-fuel companies that have crashed and burned. i see only upside from here on with income generated from glycerine. one of the few bio comp. to be generating any income what so ever.
that sends a clear message to the market that we will survive and are here for the long term.
