I dont know to much about the Indonesian company and I guess NFL will announce this information prior to the EGM. NFL Directors are very positive about it though and they seem to think that NFL will be where they want to be in about 12 months. Thats pretty positive information. NFL still have to get this raising approved by shareholders first though so I guess at this stage they are not prepared to announce to much to the market until there is certainty. I have no real new information other than it is a positive and necessary step for NFL to survive. If this Indonesian Company is already into Bio-Fuel feedstock and noting Indonesia is not far from Darwin as well, this could be very big for NFL. Dont forget the potential of the Singapore plant either if they end up producing Bio-Diesel at full capacity. Their Annual revenue could easily be 500Million to 1 Billion per annum. And dont forget also if the Darwin plant can source feedstock from Indonesia then NFL just may make an offer to buy out 100% of the Darwin plant. NFL is more than confident the problems with the Darwin plant will be solved, they had no problems with Singapore plant. I think its a matter of the contractors have to try and sort it out first- if they dont succeed then maybe NFL will bring in their own experts that built Singapore to look at the problem. That is my thoughts anyway.
