    Does anybody have any alternatives to the current awful proposal? There must be some shareholders out there with access to decent board-experienced executives who could steer this rusted hulk out of this mess? Anyone who can put up a proposal to wipe the board entirely clean & replace it with execs with street-cred gets my vote!!
