I play Marvel Strike Force daily and quite active on their subreddit. The game has horrendous review on app store. Some protests against the developer for being greedy were done in the past few years and often in the form of giving 1 star review on the app store. At the end of the day, free to play players (90% - 95% of playerbase) will always bitch. Game developer doesnt care as long as the whales (5% - 10%) spend enough.
I play Animal Warfare often. As I mentioned in one of my previous posts, this game probably makes more money from ad revenue than selling currency/animal packs. I'm happy to watch a 30sec ad to get 3x rewards after a stage. Why not?
People can complain about Gerald Harvey for being greedy and underpaying staff all days, but how many people will stop shopping at Harvey Norman?
